SLIDE 12

The Petrobras project involves the construction of a major access road (highlighted in red) into Huaorani territory and the heart of Yasuní National Park, and the subsequent construction of a pipeline, two drilling platforms, wells, and a processing facility. The core of the operation will be within 15 km of Kawimeno. The road and pipeline also transects three Quichua communites (borders of Quichua communities in orange).
